Saul Centers, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates its business through the Operating Partnership and/or directly or indirectly owned subsidiaries. The Operating Partnership manages the portfolio of properties, including performing property management, leasing, design, renovation, development, and accounting duties for each property. The Company operates through two business segments: Shopping Centers and Mixed-Use Properties. The Company’s properties consist of approximately 50 shopping center properties, seven mixed-use properties, which consist of office, retail and multi-family residential uses, and four development properties.
