Aberdeen Standard Global Infrastructure Income Fund (Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of total return with an emphasis on current income. It seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of income-producing public and private infrastructure equity investments around the world. The Fund's net assets are invested in United States (US) and non-US infrastructure-related issuers. The infrastructure assets include transportation assets, utility assets, communications assets, energy infrastructure assets and social assets. The Fund invests in issuers located anywhere in the world, including issuers located in emerging markets. The Fund also invests in securities denominated in US Dollars and currencies of foreign countries. Aberdeen Standard Investments Inc is the Fund’s investment advisor.
