The Company’s flagship product, the Thumzup platform, utilizes a robust programmatic advertiser dashboard coupled with a consumer-facing application to enable individuals to get paid cash for posting about participating advertisers on social media outlets through the Thumzup App. The dashboard allows advertisers to programmatically customize their campaigns. This application is available on both iPhone and Android operating systems. The Thumzup App enables users to select a brand they want to post about on social media. Once the Thumzup user selects the brand and takes a photo (using the App), the App will post the photo and a caption to the user’s social media accounts.
