OFS Capital Corporation is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to provide its stockholders with both current income and capital appreciation primarily through debt investments and, to a lesser extent, equity investments. Its investment strategy focuses primarily on investments in middle-market companies in the United States, including investments in senior secured loans, which are comprised of first lien, second lien and unitranche loans, as well as investments in subordinated loans and, to a lesser extent, common stock, preferred stock and other equity securities. It may invest up to 30% of its portfolio in opportunistic investments not otherwise eligible under business development company (BDC) regulations. OFS Capital Management, LLC is the investment advisor of the Company.
