The Company offers its services through a branded network of boutique private trust bank offices, loan production offices and trust offices. The Company operates through two segments: Wealth Management and Mortgage. Its Wealth Management segment consists of operations relating to the Company’s fully integrated wealth management products and services. Services provided include deposit, loan, insurance, and trust and investment management advisory products and services. Its Mortgage segment consists of operations relating to the Company’s residential mortgage service offerings. Services provided by its mortgage segment include soliciting, originating, and selling mortgage loans on the secondary market.
