The Company’s products include steel and wood casework, fume hoods, adaptable modular systems, moveable workstations, stand-alone benches, biological safety cabinets, ultralow freezers, and epoxy resin work surfaces and sinks. Its segments include Domestic and International. The Domestic segment designs, manufactures, and installs scientific and technical furniture. The International segment consists of foreign subsidiaries. The Company's products are sold primarily through purchase orders and contracts submitted by customers through its dealers and its subsidiaries, and a national distributor. It has three manufacturing facilities that are located in Statesville serving the domestic and international markets, and one manufacturing facility is located in Bangalore, India serving the local, Asian, and African markets.
