The International segment consists of foreign subsidiaries. The Company's products are sold primarily through purchase orders and contracts submitted by customers through its dealers, its subsidiaries in Singapore and India, and a national distributor. The Company has three manufacturing facilities that are located in Statesville serving the domestic and international markets, and one manufacturing facility is located in Bangalore, India serving the local, Asian, and African markets.
