Hudson Acquisition I Corp. is a blank check company. The Company's business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company has not selected any specific business combination target. The Company may generate non-operating income in the form of interest income from the proceeds derived from the proposed public offering (IPO). The Company shall not undertake its initial business combination with any entity being based in or having the majority of its operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
