The Company operates its business through two segments, including Legacy Huazhu segment and Legacy DH segment. The hotels primarily include economy hotels such as HanTing Hotel, Ni Hao Hotel and Hi Inn, midscale hotels such as JI Hotel, Orange Hotel and Starway Hotel, upper midscale hotels such as Crystal Orange Hotel, IntercityHotel and Manxin Hotel, upscale hotels such as Joya Hotel, Blossom House and Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, as well as luxury hotels such as Steigenberger Icons and Song Hotel. The Company operates its hotels through three models, including leased and owned model, franchised model and manachised model. The Company primarily operates its business in the domestic market, as well as overseas markets such as Tunisia, Egypt, the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
