These Two High Yielding Regional Banks Offer Value
Regional banks' stock prices are still down in some cases over -30% year-to-date. They have not participated in the market recovery. Many regional banks have high yields over 4% or even over 5%. The dividends are covered by earnings.Net interest margins are compressing due to low interest rates pressuring profitability. But some banks are seeing volume growth in mortgage banking.Asset quality is still good with low non-performing assets and loans. Capital ratios are high and above the minimum levels to be considered well capitalized. Two regional banks that are trading below their fair value estimate are buys.

15 High-Yield, Low Volatility Blue-Chips For The Ultimate Crash-Proof Retirement Portfolio
Volatility is back, with stocks selling off 4.3% in the last two days. Far larger declines might be coming soon, up to 10% according to some analysts, perhaps more. Low volatility, high-yield blue-chip portfolios can serve as the core of a crash-proof sleep well at night retirement portfolio that can withstand anything that happens with the economy or stock market. ED, UGI, T, TRV, AROW, TRP, CB, MO, IBM, MMM, NFG, SNY, ESS, SON, and SXT are 15 reasonably to attractively valued high-yield, low volatility blue-chips retirees can trust today. UGI and NFG are two of my favorite recommendations right now, representing blue-chip bargain dividend champion and king utilities that are dependable sources of income and proven long-term market beaters. This article contains five videos. Two deeper looks at UGI and NFG, as well as three showing how to use a prudent and personalized asset allocation in stocks, cash, and bonds, to ensure sufficient yield, long-term returns, and ultra-low volatility to help you sleep well at night during any future market crash.

Contrarian Value Play: Dividend Champion Banks For Double-Digit Return
Only 29 US publicly traded banks have increased dividends annually since 2004.These Dividend Champions as a group today have a record high dividend yield and record low valuation. The Dividend Champions have a current payout ratio and ROE in line with historical metrics.Investors who think it is time to rotate from Growth to Value may want to consider this group of banks that have a surprisingly low Beta. While the COVID-19 economy risks loom large, value investors may find this group of banks attractive as a safer alternative than buying bank ETFs that have historically underperformed the bank Dividend Champions.
