Stearman Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The Company owns a 100% interest in the NeoCore Uranium Property consisting of six mineral claims covering approximately 13,012 hectares, located in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. It owns 100% interest in the Zoo Bay Uranium Property consisting of 15 mineral claims covering over 19,850 hectares, also located in the Athabasca Basin. The Company further holds an option for up to 70% interest in the Murphy Lake Uranium Property, consisting of 609 hectares also located in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The Company has an option on the Miniac Property in Quebec, which consists of approximately 78 claims over 4,110 hectares and are located in the Abitibi region of Quebec. It also has an option on Brassie Creek Property, located in British Columbia, Canada.
