In the Housing Equipment and Building Materials EC Business segment, the Company operates an One Price business that allows anyone to purchase products at the same price under the same conditions regardless of the buyer's attributes, as well as construction professionals such as design offices, general contractors, and builders, and general consumers who are client owners. In the Housing Business segment, the Company operates a ready-built housing business, a custom-built housing business, a mobile simple housing sales business, a renovation business, and a service business that enables designed housing design.
