Sentral REIT (SENTRAL) is a Malaysia-based commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). SENTRAL's investment objective is to acquire and invest in commercial properties primarily in Malaysia with a view to provide long-term growth and sustainable distribution of income to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit of SENTRAL. SENTRAL owns 10 commercial buildings, comprising four in Cyberjaya, four in Kuala Lumpur, one in Petaling Jaya and one in Penang. SENTRAL's portfolio assets include Sentral Building 1 - DHL 1, Sentral Building 2 - DHL 2, Sentral Building 4, Sentral Building 30-BMW, Wisma Sentral Inai, Part of Plaza Mont' Kiara, Lotus's Building Jelutong Penang, Platinum Sentral, Menara Shell, and Menara CelcomDigi. Sentral REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. is the manager of SENTRAL. Its Sentral Building 1 - DHL 1 is a four-storey building together with one level of sub-basement and a basement carpark.
