Circuit Research Labs, Inc. develops, manufactures and markets electronic audio processing, transmission encoding and noise reduction equipment for the global radio, television, cable, Internet and professional audio markets. The Company’s main product lines control the audio quality and range of radio, television, cable and Internet audio reception and allow radio and television stations to broadcast in mono and stereo. It offers a range of digital and analog audio processing products at multiple price points. It operates through two offices, its Orban office and its CRL office, referred together as CRL. The Company’s CRL operation manufactures and markets audio processing equipment, primarily using analog technology, under the CRL, Millennium, TVS and Amigo brand names. Its Orban operation also manufactures and markets audio processing equipment, but primarily using digital technology, under the Orban, Optimod, Audicy and Opticodec brand names.
