The Company is a development stage technology company engaged in the commercial drone industry. The primary objective of Unusual is to acquire companies engaged in drone industry to continue to focus on leveraging and growing the market share in the consumer and hobbyist sectors of drone products. The Firm’s scope of interest focuses on companies developing first-person view (FPV) drone technology products that can be used for recreation, entertainment as well as competitive racing purposes. The other objective of the Company is the exploration of a potential expansion into new sub-markets such as public safety and drone delivery functions.
