About MISVF
Minco Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in acquiring, exploring, and developing precious metals, mineral properties and projects. The Company's projects include Fuwan Silver Deposit and Changkeng Gold Project. The Company, through its subsidiary, Guang Dong Changfu Mining Co. Ltd., has Luoke-Jilinggang Permit on the Fuwan area covering a total area of approximately 21.75 square kilometers (km2) located in Gaoming County, approximately 45 kilometers (kms) southwest of Guangzhou, a city in China and the capital city of Guangdong Province. The Changkeng Gold Project is adjoined to the Fuwan Silver Project. The Company has a 51% interest in the Changkeng Project through its subsidiary Mingzhong Mining Co. Ltd., a joint venture established with three Chinese partners. Its subsidiaries include Minco Investment Holding HK Ltd., Minco Resource Limited, Minco Mining (China) Co. Ltd., and Tibet Minco Mining Co. Ltd.
