D3 Energy Limited is an Australia-based natural gas and helium company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of helium and natural gas assets in South Africa’s Free State Province. The Company’s ER315 project holds significant contingent and prospective helium and natural gas resources. It also holds three other permit areas, bringing its total landholding to over 442,750 acres, all located in the Free State Province of South Africa. Its other projects include Exploration Right Application (ERA) 341, Technical Co-operation Permit (TCP) 235 and Permit 240. TCP 235 covers an area of over 14,810 hectares (ha) and TCP240 covers an area of 11,892 ha. It owns two highly prospective exploration permits, including PEL 121 and PEL 122, which are contiguous blocks with a combined area of over 5,865 square kilometers, situated in the Arckaringa Basin just south of Oodnadatta and to the north-east of Coober Pedy in South Australia.
