Defeng Solife Holdings Ltd, formerly Dowway Holdings Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in design, planning, coordination and management of exhibitions, events and showrooms, media advertising events and electronic commerce (E-Commerce) services. The Company operates through three segments. The Exhibition and Event Related business segment provides design, planning, coordination and management of the exhibitions and events, as well as the design, decoration and maintaining of exhibition showroom. The Advertisement Related Business segment primarily provides one-stop online marketing solutions, including traffic data acquisition, participation in content production, raw data analysis and advertisement campaign optimisation. The E-commerce Business segment primarily engages in the sales of consumer products on self-operated digital platform and the provision of related handling services of selling consumer products.
