Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust (BCH) is a statutory trust. The BCH investment objective is for the value of the shares (based on BCH per Share) to reflect the value of BCH held by the BCH, determined by reference to the index price, less the BCH expenses and other liabilities. The BCH activities are limited to issuing baskets in exchange for BCH transferred to the BCH as consideration in connection with the creations, transferring or selling BCH, incidental rights and IR virtual currency as necessary to cover the sponsor’s fee and/or any additional trust expenses, and transferring BCH in exchange for Baskets surrendered for redemption (subject to obtaining regulatory approval from the SEC and approval from the Sponsor). BCH also engages in administrative and security procedures necessary to accomplish such activities in accordance with the provisions of the trust agreement, the license agreements and the participant agreements. Grayscale Investments, LLC acts as the sponsor of the Trust.
