Sanderson Design Group PLC is a luxury interior furnishings company, which is engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of wallpapers, fabrics, and paints. It operates through three segments, namely Brands, Licensing, and Manufacturing. Its Brands segment includes around six brands: Sanderson, Morris & Co., Zoffany, Harlequin, Clarke & Clarke, and Scion, which offer wallpaper, fabrics, and paints. The Licensing segment involves the use of the Company’s designs on a wide range of products such as bedding, rugs, blinds, tableware and apparel through licensing arrangements. The Manufacturing segment includes the wallcovering and printed fabric manufacturing businesses operated by Anstey and Standfast & Barracks, respectively. It operates manufacturing facilities at Anstey Wallpaper factory in Loughborough and Standfast & Barracks fabric printing factory in Lancaster. Its subsidiaries include Sanderson Design Group Brands Limited, Anstey Wallpaper Company Limited, among others.
