Vatic Ventures Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company focused on developing high-value properties. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Solonopole South and North Lithium Properties in Brazil and has an option to acquire an 80% interest in the Opuwo Copper Property in Namibia. The Solonopole South and North Lithium Properties are located in the Solonopole pegmatite district of Ceara State, Northeast Brazil, approximately 40 kilometers from the city of Solonopole, in an active mining area. The Opuwo is a prospective copper Property located in Namibia. It also has an option to acquire the Hansen prospect located in the Chibougamau area of northern Quebec (the Hansen Property) and an option to acquire a 100% interest in a Rare Earth Elements (REE) and polymetallic claims package known as the Sister's Mountain prospect (the Property), located in Southwestern New Brunswick.
