Topcon Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale and service of products supported by advanced technology. It operates in three segments. The Positioning business segment manufactures and sells total stations, three-dimensional (3D) laser scanners, information and communication technology (ICT) automated construction systems, information technology (IT) agricultural systems, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers for surveying, laser equipment, and software (construction management, surveying and civil engineering). The Eye Care business segment manufactures and sells 3D fundus imaging devices, fundus cameras, auto refractors/auto kerato refractors, slit lamps, tonometers, lens meters, ophthalmic laser photocoagulation devices, software (ophthalmic image filing/data management), and eye examination systems. The Other segment is engaged in precision measurement business and optical device business.
