Transition Metals Corp. is a Canadian multicommodity explorer. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral exploration properties in Canada and the United States. Its key projects include Pike Warden Au-Ag-Cu project near Whitehorse, Yukon, the Maude Lake Nickel project near Schreiber, Ontario, the Saturday Night PGM project near Thunder Bay, Ontario, and the Sunday Lake PGM discovery near Thunder Bay held through a Joint Venture with Impala Platinum Holdings Limited (Implats) and Impala Canada Limited (Impala Canada). The Pike Warden Au-Ag-Cu Property is located southwest of Whitehorse. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Saturday Property in the Thunder Bay Mining District. It has a number of other exploration projects in the Canadian provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories and British Columbia. Its other projects include Jolly Gold, Bancroft, Island Copper, Homathko Property, and Thompson Gold, among others.
