On August 12, 2014, the Company sold Przedsiebiorstwo Swiadczen Zdrowotnych i Promocji Zdrowia Elvita Jaworzno III to Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA (TFI PZU). It operates Brzeszcze mine through Nowe Brzeszcze Grupa Tauron.
