Subsea 7 S.A. is the holding company of the Subsea7 Group. It is engaged in the delivery of offshore projects and services for the energy industry. Its segments include Subsea and Conventional, Renewables, and Corporate. The Subsea and Conventional segment includes subsea umbilicals, risers and flow lines (SURF) activities related to the engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of highly complex subsea oil and gas systems in deep waters; conventional services including the fabrication, installation, extension and refurbishment of fixed and floating platforms and associated pipelines in shallow water environments, and activities associated with carbon capture, utilization and storage. The Renewables segment comprises activities related to the delivery of fixed offshore wind farm projects and floating wind activities. Activities include the procurement and installation of offshore wind turbine foundations and inter-array cables as well as heavy lifting operations.
