The Company’s segments include DeGrussa Copper Operations, Minas De Aguas Tenidas (MATSA) Copper Operations, Black Butte Project, Motheo Copper Project and Exploration and Other. DeGrussa Copper Operations segment consists of both the DeGrussa and Monty Copper-Gold Mines located in the Bryah Basin mineral province of Western Australia. MATSA Copper Operations consists of the Minas De Aguas Tenidas (MATSA) polymetallic mining complex in Spain, comprising three underground mines. Black Butte Project consists of the evaluation activities for the Black Butte Copper Project located in central Montana in the United States of America. Motheo Copper Project segment consists of development of the Motheo Copper Mine, exploration and evaluation activities in Botswana and Namibia within the Kalahari Copper Belt. The Exploration and Other segment include its exploration and evaluation activities.
