The Real Estate Business segment consists of development and leasing, investment management, management and others. The development and leasing business is engaged in real estate development, primarily in the Takanawa and Shinagawa areas, and the management and value-add of acquired properties in the real estate turnover business. The Hotel and Leisure Business segment consists of domestic hotel operations, overseas hotel operations, sports, and others. The Urban Transportation and Railway Line Business segment consists of railway operations, bus operations, railway line lifestyle services, sports, and others. Other businesses include rail passenger transportation, bus and taxi operations, leisure facility operations, and sports businesses.
