SBS Holdings Inc is a Japan-based holding company that plans and decides on group strategies and monitors group companies and provides various shared services to group companies. It operates through three business segments. The Logistics Business segment provides comprehensive logistics services, primarily in the field of business-to-business (B2B) logistics. This segment offers third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services, food logistics services with a nationwide network covering three temperature ranges, transportation services, rapid delivery services, international logistics services, and logistics consulting services. The Real Estate Business segment consists of the rental of owned facilities for use as offices, residences, warehouses and others, as well as the development and sale of logistics facilities. The Other Business segment consists of human resources business, environmental business, marketing business, and solar power generation business.
