The Company's flagship property is the Irgon Lithium Mine Project. It also holds title to the Namew Lake Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) Project comprised of the Rocky Lake Property, Rocky-Namew Property, and Namew Lake Property. All of the Company's properties are located within Manitoba, Canada. The Company holds an undivided 100% right, title and interest on 20 mineral claims covering around 10,556 acres comprising the Irgon (also known as Cat Lake) Lithium Mine Project which hosts several rare-element granitic pegmatite occurrences. The 100% owned Rocky Lake property consists of 3,446 hectares in the affluent VMS region of Flin Flon and Snow Lake, Manitoba and hosts the Rocky Lake VMS deposit. Its Rocky-Namew and Namew Lake Properties are located in the Flin-Flon Greenstone Belt and are adjacent to the Rocky Lake Property.
