PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the business of management, maintenance and development of toll roads. The Company's main business activities include conducting technical planning for the construction, operation and/or maintenance of toll roads, organizing the land in the toll road area (Rumijatol) and the land along the Rumijatol designated for vehicle rest areas and services, including the facilities and other businesses operating there either separately or in cooperation with other parties, and other activities. Its segments include maintenance and related business. The Company has approximately 36 toll road concessions, both in operation and partial operation and construction stages. The Company operates toll roads, which are managed by its two regions, namely Regional Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (RJMT) and Regional Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad (RJNT).
