About PRVFF
PRO Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is an open-ended real estate investment trust. It owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties strategically located in primary and secondary markets. The REIT's segments include three classifications of investment properties, including Industrial, Retail, and Office. All of the REIT's activities are located in one geographical segment, being Canada. Its portfolio consists of over 126 income-producing properties representing approximately 7.4 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA).
