The Bankan Gold Project is located in the North-East of Guinea, which lies within the Siguiri Basin, which is part of the prolific West African Birimian/Archean gold belts that stretch from Mali, through Guinea, Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and into Ghana.
