Nevada Sunrise Metals Corporation is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company that holds interests in lithium and copper exploration projects located in the State of Nevada, United States. The Company owns 100% interests in the Gemini, Jackson Wash and Badlands lithium projects, all of which are located in the Lida Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The Gemini Lithium Project consists of approximately 291 unpatented mineral claims located in the western Lida Valley, Esmeralda County, approximately 10 kilometers (km) east of the town of Lida, and 4.5 km north of Gold Point, Nevada. The Jackson Wash Lithium Project consists of over 49 unpatented placer claims totaling approximately 980 acres and is located in the Lida Valley. It owns Nevada Water Right Permit 86863, also located in the Lida Valley basin, near Lida, Nevada. It holds the right to earn a 100% interest in the Coronado Copper Project, located approximately 48 km southeast of Winnemucca, Nevada.
