The property consists of 261 lode mining claims located on federal land administered by the Bureau of Land Management and two mineral patents. The Gibson prospect is 1256 Ha in size and located in central British Columbia, over 95 kilometers northwest of Fort St. James. The Louise Copper Gold Property is road accessible and located approximately 35 kilometers west of Smithers, in west central British Columbia. The Louise Copper-Gold Porphyry contains a large historic copper-gold resource.
