About NLRCF
Northern Lights Resources Corp. is an exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in advancing two projects: the Horetzky Copper Project, located in the Babine Porphyry belt of central British Columbia and the 100% owned Secret Pass Gold Project, located in Arizona. Its Secret Pass Gold Project is located approximately 15 km north of the historic Oatman-Katherine gold mining district in northwest Arizona. The Secret Pass Gold Project totals over 271 hectares (ha) comprised of one State mineral license (212 ha) and eight Bureau of Land Management mineral claims (65 ha). It has entered into an option agreement with veteran prospector Bernie Kreft (Kreft) to acquire an approximately 100% interest in the Horetzky Copper Project located in the Babine porphyry copper belt. The Project is located approximately 95 kilometers northeast of Smithers, covering 11 tenures, totaling 5,057 hectares. It also holds a 1% NSR royalty on the Medicine Springs Silver Project in Nevada.
