About NIPOF
Japan Hotel Reit Investment Corp is a Japan-based closed-end real estate investment trust (REIT). Its basic policy is to manage its assets with the aim of achieving steady growth and securing stable profits from a medium- to long-term perspective. As a real estate investment corporation specializing in hotels, it primarily invests in hotel properties, and in principle, invests in hotels classified as limited-service hotels, full-service hotels, and resort hotels. Investment properties include Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay, Namba Oriental Hotel, Hotel Nikko Alivila, Oriental Hotel Hiroshima, The Beach Tower Okinawa and others. The asset manager of the Fund is Japan Hotel Reit Advisors Co Ltd.
