Kistos Holdings Plc is an independent energy company focused on generating value across the upstream and midstream markets. The principal area of activity is the acquisition and operation of companies or businesses in the energy sector. Its operations are based in the Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom. In Netherlands, it is engaged in the production and sale of gas and other hydrocarbons from the Q10-A field, and the appraisal and development of other Dutch licenses. In Norway, it is engaged in the production of oil from interests in the Balder and Ringhorne Ost fields offshore Norway. In the United Kingdom, it is involved in the production and sale of gas and other hydrocarbons from its interest in the GLA, and the appraisal and development of other licenses in the United Kingdom North Sea, as well as the United Kingdom gas storage assets, which comprise two facilities, Hill Top and Hole House. The facilities are located two kilometers to the north of Crewe in Cheshire.
