About KGDEF
Kingdee International Software Group Co Ltd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the provision of cloud services and enterprise resource planning (ERP) business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Cloud Services Business segment is engaged in the provision of enterprise cloud services, small & micro business finance cloud services and industry cloud services. The ERP Business and Others segment is engaged in the sales of software and hardware products, provision of software implementation, software solution consulting, maintenance, upgrade and other supporting services, and others. The Investment Properties Operating Business segment is engaged in the operation of investment properties. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.
