Metalite Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration for mineral resources in New South Wales, Australia. Its geographic segments include Canada, and Australia. Its projects include Arthurs Seat, Murray and Co Mine, and McDonalds Mine Prospects. Arthurs Seat spans approximately 42 square kilometers (km2) across the northwestern region of the New England Orogenic Terrane. These include Mount Carrington (24 million-ounce (Moz) gold (Ag)), Webb (>12 Moz Ag), Hillgrove (2 Moz Au), Gympie (5 Moz Au), Cracow (3 Moz Au), Mount Morgan (>5 Moz Au) and Mount Rawdon (2 Moz Au). The Murray and Co Mine is located within a zone of quartz veined metasediment approximately 350 meters in E-W strike length. McDonalds Mine Prospects has collected over 47 rock samples.
