Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. is an integrated agribusiness company. The Company’s activities include research and development, oil palm seed breeding, oil palm cultivation milling, as well as the refining, branding, and marketing of cooking oil, margarine, shortening and other palm oil derivative products. It also engages in the cultivation of rubber, sugarcane, and other crops. It operates through two segments: Plantations and Edible Oils and Fats. The Plantations segment focuses on the development and maintenance of oil palm, rubber and sugar cane plantations and other business activities relating to palm oil, rubber and sugar cane processing, marketing, and selling. It is also involved in the cultivation of cocoa, tea, and industrial timber plantations. The Edible Oils and Fats segment produces, markets, and sells edible oil, margarine, shortening, and related derivative products. Its subsidiaries include PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, IFAR Brazil Pte. Ltd., and IFAR Trading Pte. Ltd.
