The Company is operating in four core regions: Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area, Greater Montreal Area, National Capital Region, and the Greater Vancouver Area. The Company's portfolio is comprised of approximately 123 communities with a total of 13,435 suites. Its properties under development include 360 Laurier (Ottawa), Richmond & Churchill (Ottawa), Burlington GO Lands (Burlington), and 900 Albert Street (Ottawa).
