Grupo TMM, S.A.B. is a logistics and transportation company. The Company provides ocean transportation services, including maritime, ports and terminals management and logistics services, to clients throughout Mexico. The Company operates in three segments: maritime division, logistics division, and ports and terminals division. The maritime division includes the transportation of liquid petroleum and petrochemical products in bulk, materials and supplies for drilling platforms, as well as tugboat services. The logistics division includes warehousing services and logistics solutions. The ports and terminals division includes terminal services and shipping agency activities. It provides its services through a fleet of approximately 40 vessels, which include product and chemical tankers, harbor tugs and offshore supply vessels. The Company operates three Mexican port facilities, Tuxpan, Tampico and Acapulco.
