The Graphene Business segment is engaged in the development, production and sale of spherical graphite and graphene to enhance renewable energy. The Segment is also engaged in the development, production and sale of key components in electric vehicles (EVs) and lithium-ion batteries as well as in other uses. The Segment has commercial experience in the deep processing of graphite and producing battery grade purified spherical graphite. The Landscape Design Services segment is engaged in the provision of landscape design services. The Catering segment is engaged in management and operation of restaurants serving Thai cuisine in China and Italy under the brand name of ‘Thai Gallery'. The Company’s principal offices is in Hong Kong and its regional offices in Shanghai and Royal Oak, MI, USA.
