Garibaldi Resources Corp. is a Canada-based junior exploration company. It is focused on the development of its assets in some of the prolific mining regions in British Columbia and Mexico. The Otter Creek lode gold prospect consists of 8,704 total hectares and is located 12 kms east of Atlin in northwest British Columbia. It owns a 100% interest in the 99-hectare La Patilla Property located in Sinaloa state, Mexico. It owns a 100% interest in the Iris property located in Chihuahua State, Mexico. Its Tonichi Property is located over 90 km west of Alamos Gold’s Mulatos mine.
