About CZASF
China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings Ltd is a company principally engaged in sales, spare parts, services, surveys (4S) dealership business, supply chain business and comprehensive properties business. The Company operates its business through three segments. 4S Dealership Business segment mainly includes sales of passenger motor vehicles, provision of related mortgage facilitation service, and after-sales services through the network of 4S dealerships. Supply Chain Business segment mainly includes provision of motor-related logistics services. Comprehensive Properties Business segment mainly includes development and sales of properties. The Company is also engaged in the sales of lubricant oil, provision of insurance agency services and consulting services and other businesses. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
