CleanTech Lithium PLC is a Jersey-based exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile. The Company’s assets consist of four lithium projects, spanning approximately 1,250 square kilometers (km2) in the lithium triangle in Chile. Its projects include Laguna Verde, Francisco Basin, Llamara, and Arenas Blancas. Its Laguna Verde and Francisco Basin projects are located 300 kilometers (km) by road from the mining center of Copiapo in the Atacama region of Chile. The Laguna Verde Project features a hypersaline lake covering approximately 15.2 km2 and consists of 108 mining licenses at the low point of the basin with a large sub-surface. Francisco Basin Project has a total exploration license area of over 127 km2. Llamara is a greenfield lithium exploration project with a license area totaling approximately 344 km2 located in the Pampa del Tamarugal basin. Arenas Blancas project covers a total area of over 377 km2.
