About CSCHF
China Renaissance Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the provision of investment banking and investment management services. The Company operates in four segments. The Investment Banking segment provides early to late stage financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions advisory services, equity underwriting, sales, trading, brokerage, research services and structured financial services. The Investment Management segment provides fund and asset management and manages its own investments in funds. The China Renaissance (CR) Securities segment provides investment banking and asset management business. The Others segment primarily includes wealth management business and investment and management of own funds. The Company primarily operates its businesses in the domestic market.
