Core Critical Metals Corp., formerly Xander Resources Inc., is a Canadian mineral acquisition and exploration company. The Company is focused on developing accretive gold and battery metal properties within Canada. It is focused on projects located within the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Its projects include Val D’Or Gold Camp-Senneville Properties, and Timmins Nickel Project-CNC Property. The Senneville Claim Group comprises three contiguous properties totaling 171 claims referenced as Senneville South nine claims, Senneville West 80 claims, and Senneville East 62 claims. The Senneville East claims are located in the eastern part of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. It has two separate properties that make up the Timmins-Nickel Claim Group. The two properties comprise a total of about 393 claims, with 343 claims to the west of the Canada Nickel’s Crawford Main Resource and 50 claims in the South. It has an option to purchase the Bear River Tungsten property and Timmins East Portfolio.
