The Chilton Cobalt property is located in the Laurentian Region of Quebec. The Burnt Pond property is a Zinc-Copper Property located in central Newfoundland. The property is located in the Tally Pond volcanic belt. The Shatford Lake property consists of two mining claims located in the Bird River Greenstone Belt in Manitoba. The Cape Victoria property is located approximately five kilometers (km) east of Terrace Bay in Northern Ontario. It has100% interest in the Falcon Gold property, consisting of six patented mining claims. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is AgAuCu Canada Inc.
