Bold Ventures Inc. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company explores precious, battery and critical metals in Canada. It explores properties located in active gold and battery metals camps in the Thunder Bay and Wawa regions of Ontario. It also holds significant assets located within and around the emerging multi-metals district dubbed the Ring of Fire region, located in the James Bay Lowlands of Northern Ontario. Its projects include Burchell Project, Farwell Project, Koper Lake Project, Ring of Fire Project, Springpole East Project, Traxxin Project, Wilcorp Gold and Joutel. Its Burchell Gold-Base Metal Project claims are located approximately 105 kilometers (km) west of the port city of Thunder Bay in the south-central portion of Northwestern Ontario. The Farwell Property is in the east Lake Superior region of Northeastern Ontario, approximately 55 km northwest of Wawa. The Koper Lake Project consists of four claims totaling 64 units comprising approximately 1024 hectares.
